There have some major changes in my fursona latley, mostly because I have been going through some major changes myself. Over the past few months I've grown up just a teeny bit more - but that teeny bit was important enough to make a difference. I kept looking at Blackie and not connecting; she was distant and apathetic. So, I just put on some music and started drawing, whatever came to mind.

Meet BD Plague.

[b]What is the name of your fursona?[/b]
BD Plague, or just Plague. BD technically stands for Black Death, but I keep the initials in honor of her old name Blackie Drakitt (which I'm still fond of).

[b]Where did the name of your Fursona come from?[/b]
I've always had a fascination with the development of diseases, sicknesses, etc. Also with history, and this all culminates in that one of my faveorite things is the Black Plague. It's an amazing phenomenon that affected our history in so many little but amazing ways. Anyways, yeah, she's named after that. ^^

[b]What species is your fursona and why did you choose that species?[/b]
Plague Monster (or, to be more technical, Bio-weopon prototype 7-12). She's a test tube creation, a genetical mutt; Plague's got a mixture of dragon, wolf, and cheetah for the most part, but a few other random genes here and there from various species (she's even got a jellyfish gene, that makes all her green parts luminescent in black light ). She was one of many in a line of experiments to create a bio-hazardous soldier, one who would be able to spread disease. Plague power's fall far short of her creators hopes however, and she was deemed a failure. (Nicotine is prototype 6-21.)

I chose this species because it just finally seemed to click. I've been trying to make Plague work for a long time now - as Blackie, she'd gotten apathetic, distant, and depressed. She wasn't me anymore - the connection was gone. so I just started letting myself doodle, and as I doodled I let whatever thought might come, come. And this is my brain's findings. ^^

[b]What color is your fursona and why? Hair/fur/eyes/etc[/b]
Hair: Short black mohawk
Fur: Grey, white, UV green, dark grey
Eyes: lime green

[b]What is your fursona's personality and how does this compare to your irl personality?[/b]
Plague is extremely bi-polar; on her happy side she's hyper, friendly, witty, generous, a party animal, and an extreme extrovert. Everything you want to have in a friend. However on her down swings, she gets moody, easily angered, apathetic, destructive, and very abrasive to most people, with a caustic sarcasim. This is actually a great deal like me... though my down-swings usually aren't so bad.

[b]What is one item your fursona owns that is significant to you irl?[/b]
Her goggles - I want a pair but don't have any. ;-;

[b]What is one thing you thing you would say to your fursona if you could meet?[/b]
Give me your hips/waist/body.

[b]How has your fursona changed over the years?[/b]
She started out as a black cat (hence the unimaginative name 'Blackie' xP lol). Then she became a black and white cat. Her hair & tail went through various variations. Then I started lengthening her ears. And made the end of her tail poofy. And gave her claws and wings. And then decided what the hey, why not make her half dragon? and added everything else. Then she slowly became more distant, and I've been working on her. Now she's the little monster you see before you, and I love her. ^^

Since forever lawl. Meaning like maybe since about 6 years ago or so she started developing.

[b]Would you like to be more like your fursona?[/b]
I'd love to be. She's more brave than I am, and more outgoing. She's also a hella lot sexier. And hey, who WOULDN'T want awesome soft plushie fur? xP
